Ms. Neddles will take care of you! I appreciate your kindness in resolving my concerns. Thank you for your compassion. May goodness follow you always.
Great staff and great programs for the community.
Loved it. I was in and out
Great place for Training and help with Job placement !!!
Home to many aspiring youth, also home to community aid...
I'm only giving them three because they were fast but the staff was beyond rude. I was signing the clipboard and she asked for my ID. I pulled it out of my bag and set it in front of her on the desk while I continues to write. I had a smile on my face, was in no way giving off a negative vibe. She asked for it again and I looked up confused and said its right there. So she asked for it a third time and I just stared at her because I didnt know what the issue was. She says "pick it up and put it in my hand, don't throw it on the table". So I put it in her hand but literally never threw the card. I was one of the first people of the day, no reason to havethat much attitude especially when you're just getting started. They need to train that staff in rude behavior ASAP.
The RSC provides a great service to the community. The location is good, the building is modern and secure, and the service is excellent.
They handle a large volume of clients as quickly as possible.
I gave them 4 stars because they are quick, clean, local & convenient the only issue is they are just rude. (EBT Card Replacement)
