I was reading the reviews on others experience in the Phoenix House. I'm so sorry that you all had bad things to say. Unfortunately I went there October 12, 1999 and it was called the Phoenix Program then. The staff was amazing and for it being my first time ever in treatment, I have no complaint's. Now I am still clean & sober over 18 years because of God and this place.
